Here's What We've Been Doing
This is NOT the exhaustive list, but some of our accomplishments are . . .
- Giving a three-to-five-day supply of food to more than 1200 persons with an annual income below $15,000. Most recipients are working parents who report regular food insecurity
- Collecting 160 Thanksgiving meals for families
- Adopting 50 families at Christmas
- Receiving monetary support for 40 families during the holidays
- Impacting over 500 children in 10 Ann Arbor schools with our Closet program
- Helping to prepare 34 children in Ypsilanti for the Science Olympiad
- Helping 3 families avoid homelessness by helping them move into new housing
- Helping 2 families avoid eviction
