What You Need To Know About Voting and Summer Camps For 2020

There is confusion about voting. We want every citizen to exercise their right to vote and will provide you with assistance to fill out paperwork and applications as provided to you by law.

The Ann Arbor Community Center has high respect for The Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson. She came to the AACC at our request over 11 years ago and has been a supporter of our efforts. She is an Attorney and was the Dean of the Law School at Wayne State.

We can’t tell you how to vote. Whomever you plan to vote for, we simply urge you to show up and be counted. You can trust that the State of Michigan is not going to lead you astray.

No AA Parks And Rec Summer Camps in 2020

Ann Arbor Parks and Recreation announced Monday that it is canceling all summer day camps and city pool openings for the 2020 season amid the ongoing health crisis.This includes all summer day camps at Argo, Buhr, Fuller, and Gallup parks and all city outdoor pools at Buhr, Fuller and Veterans Memorial parks.
